# Set your Defaults

> Configure default pricing and notification settings for new clients.

## Overview

**Client Defaults** let you define baseline pricing and notification preferences that automatically apply to newly created clients. These settings can be customized later per client.

## Plan Defaults

Set default pricing for client plans.

* **Pages/Credits per month**\
  Define how many credits a client receives monthly.
* **Client Price (per credit)**\
  Set how much clients are charged per credit.
* **Auto Top-Up Pages/Credits**\
  Automatically add credits when clients run low.
* **Fax Numbers**\
  Monthly cost per fax number.
* **Client Price (per number)**\
  Price charged to clients per number.
* **Team Licenses**\
  Monthly cost per user license.
* **Client Price (per license)**\
  Price charged per team member.
* **Developer Tools**\
  Optional add-on for API/dev access.

## Notification Defaults

Set default notification preferences for new clients.

### Outbound

* Fax sent by client
* Fax sent by others (shared access)

### Inbound

* New fax received
* Fax received on shared number
* Transmission started notifications

* OCR updates

    No. Client Defaults only apply to newly created clients. Existing clients retain their current settings.
