# Send Documents

Amplify lets you send documents securely using the channel that works best for your workflow—all from a single screen. Whether you’re faxing, sending a secure message, or delivering structured healthcare data, Amplify adapts to how your team works.

### Choose How You Want to Send

When you’re ready to send a document, use the **delivery channel.**\
Each channel is purpose-built, and Amplify automatically updates the available fields and options based on your selection.

**Available sending channels include:**

* **Fax**\
  Standard online fax for everyday business communication.
* **Secure Fax**\
  HIPAA-compliant faxing with enhanced security controls.
* **Secure Email**\
  Encrypted email delivery with secure access links.
* **Secure SMS**\
  Share documents through secure text messages with time-limited access.
* **FHIR (Healthcare Integration)**\
  Send structured healthcare data directly to supported EHR systems.

### Add Recipients and Document Details

Recipient fields change automatically based on the delivery channel you choose:

* **Fax number** (Fax & Secure Fax)
* **Email address** (Secure Email)
* **Phone number** (Secure SMS)
* **Patient or record details** (FHIR)

You can also include:

* Subject and message
* Cover pages (for fax)
* Sender details
* Optional comments or notes

### Channel-Specific Options

Amplify adjusts sending options based on the selected channel so you only see what’s relevant.

**Common options include:**

* **Quality & Speed**\
  Choose between standard or high-quality delivery.

  Enable compliant delivery where required.

For **Secure Email** and **Secure SMS**, Amplify adds extra protection:

* Expiring access links
* Optional access codes
* No recipient account required
* Secure document portals
* Previews

For **FHIR deliveries**, you’ll see:

* Structured fields like patient name, DOB, and gender
* Direct delivery to supported healthcare systems

Once everything is set, click **Send**. Amplify handles delivery securely in the background.

You’ll receive:

* Delivery confirmation
* Estimated delivery time
* Compliance indicators (where applicable)

* **All Faxes** – Complete fax history and details
