# HubSpot Integration 

> Connect Amplify with HubSpot to send faxes directly from HubSpot contact records and keep fax activity organized in one place.

Once connected, you can send faxes without leaving HubSpot and view fax activity from the associated contact record.

  You need an active Amplify account and a HubSpot account with permission to install and configure apps.

## 1. Install the Amplify integration from HubSpot

Start by installing the Amplify integration from the HubSpot App Marketplace.

    Sign in to HubSpot and open the **App Marketplace**.

    Search for **Amplify** and open the Amplify integration.

    Select the HubSpot account you want to connect.

    Review the permissions requested by the integration and click **Connect app** to complete the installation.

## 2. Connect HubSpot from Amplify

You can also start the connection from your Amplify account.

## 4. Configure the Amplify card in HubSpot

After connecting your accounts, you may need to add the Amplify card to your HubSpot record view.

    In HubSpot, click the **Settings** icon in the main navigation.

## 5. Send a fax from HubSpot

Once the integration is configured, you can send a fax directly from a supported HubSpot record.

    In HubSpot, navigate to the contact you want to fax.

    Locate the **Amplify** card in the record sidebar or center tab, depending on your HubSpot layout.

    Click **Compose Fax**.

    Attach the document you want to send and enter or confirm the recipient's fax details.

    Review the fax details and send the fax securely through Amplify.

  Before sending, verify the recipient's fax number and attached documents. Fax transmissions may contain sensitive information and should be sent only to the intended recipient.

## 6. View fax activity in HubSpot

After a fax is successfully sent, you can view the fax activity from the associated HubSpot contact record.

    Go to the **Activity** tab on the contact record.

## Troubleshooting
