The Usage Reports section provides insights into fax activity, user actions, and system usage within your account. These reports help administrators monitor activity, track usage, and troubleshoot issues when needed.

Amplify provides the following reports:

User Activity

View actions performed by users in the system, including login activity and operational events.

Data by User

See fax usage statistics grouped by individual users. This helps identify usage patterns and monitor user-level activity.

Data by Folder

Review fax activity organized by folders to understand how documents are stored and accessed within your account.

Data by Fax Number

Track sending and receiving activity for specific fax numbers assigned to your account.

API Logs

View logs for API requests made to the system. This report helps developers and administrators monitor integrations and diagnose API-related issues.

Fax History

Access a detailed history of all sent and received faxes, including status and transmission details.

Export History

View a record of previously generated report exports.

Exporting Reports

Most reports can be exported for external analysis or record keeping. Use the Export option within a report to download the data.
