Overview

Filters help healthcare teams manage high fax volumes by isolating specific subsets of fax activity—such as failed transmissions, inbound referrals, or faxes from a specific number. Multiple filters can be combined to create precise views without leaving the dashboard.

Use the search bar to find faxes by:
  • To or From fax number
  • Document name
  • Sender email address
  • Label or subject text

Helpful for reviewing individual workloads or troubleshooting issues.

  • App
  • Email-to-Fax

  • Incoming Transmission — The fax is currently being received.
  • New — The fax has been received but not yet reviewed or assigned.
